Engine..

I am looking at an engine swap in my 98 1.9D feli pickup,Everything im thinking of just seems to be too hard for me to tackle.But i have recently come across a very very cheap 2000 W. 1.6 GLXI feli complete car...

So barring the fuel tank & fuel lines,can i swap the engine,clutch,gearbox,wiring loom,Im straight in my truck no messing about cutting welding...

already on with taking the dash & clocks out,So would it be a straight swap is what im asking or is there anything i need to consider,Cheers..
