Hybrid Fabia VRS MK1, 41K, 312mm Brakes, WRC Alloys, Private Reg, FSH! Reduced

Featured Replies

Further to the advert below... The Car has just ticked over 41k and I've just received it back from JKM Portsmouth where it had a major service costing £240!!

I've also reduced the car to £5650 as I'm looking to get it sold now. This is an absolute bargain with all I've spent on the car.

For Sale is my Skoda Fabia VRS 1.9TDI Turbo.

The sad time has come for me to sell the Fabia. I've put so much money into her but a company car forces sale. I've spared no expense in keeping her in top condition as you can see below.

- M.O.T and Tax until December 2012

- 39k will increase slightly as car is still in use, Full Service History.

- Hybrid Turbo Garrett PD130. Current clutch friendly custom remap by Unit18 at approx 170bhp but the turbo is easily capable of 220bhp+. The turbo has done less than 1000 miles!

- It's got LTD edition WRC Spider octavia alloys(brand new center caps)

- Personalised number plate "P10 VRS", cost over £1k.

- Colour coded Door handles, sidestrips and front grille.

- Upgrade Cupra Console bushes, Superpro front wishbone bushes and Superpro dogbone mount.

- Front brakes 312mm Audi TT Brakes with Pagid Discs/Pads.

- Leon Cupra R front splitter

The 39000 miles will increase slightly as the car is still being used, It has full up to date service history all carried out by Skoda/VAG specialists. I’m the second owner and I bought it at 24000 miles, all mileage I've done has been up and down the M3 on my daily commute. There is an absolute ton of receipts of work I’ve had carried out, all by specialist VAG group garages; JKM Portsmouth, IGS Eastleigh and Unit18 Milton Keynes.

This car has never been abused, always warmed up and down, cleaned by hand on a weekly basis and truly cared for!

The interior is standard and will come with cloth seats and comes with the standard headunit.

Has to be one of the finest examples out there!

£5995

The car is located in Southampton..

You can PM me for a contact number.

Adding photo of mass of paperwork. I also forgot to mention, Cambelt and Waterpump done at 29k and the car has two keys. Car is HPI Clear.

Very nice. What was the original registration and year?

A quick plate check says it was first registered on 15/12/2004.

I may be wrong thou, wait for OP to confirm :)

Lovely car thou, she's beautiful

Hi, Yes sorry. It's a 2004 car but the plate was on there from new so there is no other plate.

It's killing me to sell really but I just don't have the need for her and the other car!

Lovely example... Free bump!

Cheers! I know I'm appealing to a very small market with the mods and stuff but with all the blood, sweat and tears, I'd like her to go to a brisky member!

Why did this not come up a month ago?! Would of been all over it :'( a beautiful example! Good luck with the sale

That looks very smart, I'd have been very interested in this also had it been up earlier. Didn't used to like red ones, but this looks great !

think my Mrs would go nuts if I bought this then sold my SE, I've only had the SE about three weeks....

....sorta tempted though!

Thanks for all the comments.I'm debating whether to put it back to standard Fabia vrs alloys, I love the WRC Spiders but white alloys are not to everyone's taste...

Looks cracking, something in the future I'd like my red fabia to look like. Free bump from me!

The returning to standard on the alloys may be a good idea, some may not like them as you said.

Tempting....... and I'm only down the road :)

Thanks all for the comments, to anyone e-mailing about parts. I'm leaving the car whole and trying to sell, it's not worth the time or money trying to split it. The car will go as is.

Thanks!

If something happens to my octy and u still have it id give it a home :)

I just really love this lil furbie

What suspension is on it mate?

What tyre sizes?

Cheers.

Billy

Hi,

Car is returned to standard suspension, I think off the top of my head tyre sizes are 215/45/17.

so in the pics mate is that lowered or std?

Mane reason for asking is I have some std Spiders I am toying with putting on my Fabia. also would be good to know as to me looks lowered in the pics lol.

Lovely car.

edit

sorry just looked close at the pics lol, they are 205 40 17tyres

  • Author

Hi,

Yes that's when the car was lowered, it's now back on the standard suspension, sorry if I wasn't clear.

I'd always recommend spiders over the standard Fabia alloys, they look so much sportier and really suit it, it also gives the sort of OEM feel as they are still Skoda.

Oh, yes the tyres are, I was pretty far off :wall:
