They opened the bloody window when it got too hot!!!

They were also using the washing machine on a 2 hour cycle to wash 2 sets of underwear and a couple of "T" shirts every day AND using the tumble dryer for 2 hours to dry it!!

Never mind the house glowing, why do you think we had such a mild winter?? It was MY HOUSE keeping the whole country warm!!!

We're having the daily washing machine use at the moment as well, even to the point that when we want to use it, she rolls her eyes at us!!!

The window being open all year round happens to us to and doesn't make sense, especially when we had to shut it because it was getting really windy with heavy rain and she was at work!!

I'd tell them to go fourth and multiply, and then change the locks. You can't have people taking the p***ss in your own home!

Where is JR Hartley when you need a non PC solution...

I've got a PC solution. Knock her the f**k out with a laptop

drag her and her stuff outside and change the locks.

I took in a lodger fairly recently.. i have to say the thought of sharing your home with a complete stranger is an odd one and i struggled with it for a while. However, i avoided all eastern europeans, foreign students and nigerian scam artists and only invited young professionals to look around and its worked out great!

It was almost like a two way interview and i made it clear that they would have to be right the right fit etc and vice versa. Two months down and still not really feeling like a can relax fully on the throne its generally going well..

Oh the audacity of some people, just because they pay rent they think they can use the washer and the drier and have the heating on !!!!!.

It's the amount of usage though. When i was house sharing i wouldn't dream of taking the p*ss with the number of times i used the washing machine and i always prefer having a cool room anyway, so never messed with the heating.
