Had Jabba drive installed on Wednesday 16th - I'm well pleased!

Mods are:

H&S/Impreziv full system (minus cat)

ABD induction kit

That's it! Check out how well the power holds and how smooth everything looks. Mike reckons the reason the torque holds so well is because of the free-er breathing.

Car was running on Optimax (just started using it) and it was hot. So that 231 bhp is higher in better conditions. Car with decat + ABD before remap was 190bhp.

Boosts to 1.2 bar overboost which Mike reckoned was optimum for what I was after.

The car now goes like an absolute rocket!

(Des you were right, the induction kit is wickedy loud now the turbo is really giving it some!)

Oh and I have been driving the car around in the torrential rain and motorway spray with the ABD cold air intake pipe still fitted with no problems. So by the looks of it mounting it behind the headlight is good enough to stop it sucking up loads of water!

The guys at Jabba are superb: it's a friendly place and despite being in the middle of nowhere it is actually very close to the village centre so if staying in the workshop is not your thing there is load to do + see.

Met Adrian (SkodiRS) for his afternoon session + fitment of a Jetex cat-back system - very nice looking exhaust - much better than the Milltek IMHO - a bit quiet for me personally but then I don't have any sprogs to worry about

The dyno:

Nice flat torque curve there, Dave, all the way from 3200 to 5000+ rpm. And the power goes right the way up to the redline...

I agree, could be as high as 240 hp on a cooler day.

...and very low atmospheric pressure too. That really does make a difference as any aviator will tell you.

PS That's exactly the sort of torque curve I would go for!

Anyone like to search out the various threads with Jabba dyno plots and I will bring them together into a Performance FAQ for ease of cross-reference.
