Thanks mate lowered 50mm will these do??

They say there for more than 40mm so i would imagine 50mm wil be fine but thats not definete

Does this mean they are sort of necessary when combining the springs with an ARB? I already have the one from Whiteline and I've booked an appointment to change the springs with H&R ones (quoted 40mm drop) very soon. Should I be proactive and buy these as well just in case or I should be fine?

Has anybody installed H&R's and a Whiteline in the same car? And if yes did everything go fine?

The anti roll bar your getting is for the rear so no need to worry about it. I'm dropped 40mm and have had no problems however I may change when I upgrade the front anti roll bar.
