Ive got a blue and me system on another vehicle. By far the best system out there. Amazing bit of kit. Love the Fiat 500, and it looks fab in Yellow. Enjoy!

Special blue and me ipod adaptor finally arrived today.

Just tested it and have full control of all functions on both

my 7th gen Classic ipod and the wifes 8th gen nano. Great stuff!

Another mod today.

Fitted a bootlight as the poverty spec Pop and Sport models don't get one.

I guess Lounge spec is the exception to this??

Daft thing is that the wiring is there, and theres a switch on the boot

for the alarm which doubles as the switch for the light. 5 Minutes to fit

it, Got the light from ebay, OE part, £17. The hardest part of the job was

cutting the bit of masking tape holding the plug for the light to one side.

A doddle of a job.

Next job is to LED up the numberplate bulbs to show off my other halfs

new private reg, (I bought it for her birthday coming up in August)

but need to find some bright white 36mm c5w style LEDs first.

New plates arrived today so we are just waiting on the DVLA

to get the log book out to us so we can send it away again to change the reg.

Wow... I won't recognise this car next time I see it I reckon!

It's a cheeky Lil thing! I've got the twinair version.

Replacement for my fabia vRS mk1. Not quite built as well as the fabia and not any better on fuel (though with only 2800 miles its still too soon to really comment). Averaged 41.6 so far by fuelly app.

Only mod mine will get is winter wheels and an air freshener lol.

We looked at those but they were still a little too expensive for our

current budget. Heard good things about them though.

Richard Hammond has just bought one.

Ours now has yellow autobot logos in the rear quarters and my 13 year old brother

in law is on at me to put black "Bumblebee" style viper stripes over the car.

He still thinks his sister is very cool for having Autobot logos in the car

Told him I'm working on letting the wife let me stripe it up.

Wahey, welcome to the 500 club! We've got one as well as the Octavia and Aygo. Great fun. We tend to get around the 50mpg mark with our 1.2 Lounge, but more is possible if you drive economically. Are you aware of Fiat's Eco:Drive software that comes with the Blue&Me? It's great fun! Happy 500-ing!
