UPDATE ON SITUATION

Time to name and shame the scumbags ST ANDREWS SKODA GLASGOW they have ordered me a new service book not a duplicate as previousley discussed. They have refused to take responsibility for the state of my brake calipers which now look dull and matt finish instead of glossy like they were when the car went in for the service this is now in the hands of Skoda UK customer services who seem to be on my side should hear back from him tommorow morning.

This has been a total sham in terms of customer satifaction my next nearest delearship is ingrams in Ayr now as i will not be taking my custom back to them again ...

6 and 2 3's for me between ayr and hamilton, bought the car from ingrams when they were in Paisley so hope they try a bit harder.
