Anyone know where I can find out what exactly is checked on a Skoda Approved used car? I've found one on the 'Find an Approved used Skoda' website, but am undecided whether to pay the extra £3k for a totally new one. The model in question has done 5500 miles and is October 2011 reg (so '61 plate).

I'm no mechanic, but I can spot obvious stuff like misaligned panels, overspray and the like. Ideally I'd like to know what has officially been checked to get the car to be 'approved' used. Anyone any ideas?
