Its still under warrenty if it is a seal but just a pain to take it back off and be without the car again for another 2 weeks or so! :(

Have you checked the cold side of the turbo too? Oil in the hot side could be coming from within the block also I'd have thought?

Cold side is slightly oily but thats normal because of the breather on the air intake pipe. There shouldn't be any on the exhaust side as far as i know

What I meant was, oil could be bypassing somewhere inside the block and coming out through the exhaust ports into the turbo...valve stems piston rings etc?

Its only done this since the turbo was put on. When you fit a hybrid do you just use the standard oil return pipe or is there a different one needed?

Standard is ok, but people suggest a new one when changing the turbo.

I have put all new pipes but just bought the normal ones the car was built with agen

Standard pipes will be fine mate if they're new :)

is there a way of measuring the crank case pressure?
