i had the pleasure of mot testing a great vehicle today what a beast a 1954 aston martin db2 (soft top) lhd only one of seventy ever built it was mint you could eat your dinner off the engine. When customer came back i asked him how much this was worth so i will start a little challenge who wouild like to tell me how much.

I'll start low -

I reckon about 40 grand?

I reckon 45-50K

Might have only been 70 made,but unless you are a total Aston Nut -- it's probably not worth as much as you think - I would say around

Details of one here although its only done 41 miles!

Only 70 made in LHD although 102 made in RHD.

So usually LHD fetches less over here, but as there were fewer made is it worth more?

spoke to the customer asked him much it was worth and he dad it valued at between 65-75k wot a motor just the shear roar from the exhausts got me going and to top it all off the customer asked if i had given a road test (he thought it was part of the mot test) but hence to say i will giving it a test next time it comes in.
