It's redder than ever....

Featured Replies

3 weeks ago I posted that I'd stupidly scratched my car all over it's left panels, roof, bonnet, hatch, in a jet wash and that the damage could be bumped out. I also decided to bring the whole paintwork up to new condition with a partial respray on bonnet, wing, door front spoiler to remove stone chips and a tiny ding and a faded rear spoiler. I was quoted £600 and was slightly sceptical but impressed by the attitude of thr owner of the bodyshop.

I left it with him and went on business, returning yesterday. I picked it up and am really pleased at the result. All work was done as specified, there is no noticeable difference in the shades between the areas where it was sprayed, or scratches buffed out or where it has did not require attention. I realise that corrida red is possibly easier to match than the metallucs but even so CR Jackson in Sleaford Lincs has done a superb job and for the quoted price.

Pictures!?

Pictures!?

Or it didn't happen :D

Impressive price. Look forward to photos.

I will stick up some pictures when the rain stops. Trust me it looks like new. I posted to point out the excellent price and workmanship, all agreed verbally sealed with a handshake. My father was in the same game so I know how much work it takes to prep and feather the paint to match.

Looking forward to seeing this :)
