Just had the ride of my life! V8 Roar in my Superb II!

Featured Replies

Hey

Just bought a Gadget at the local Gadget Store. It's called Sound Racer V8.

It's a little thing that you can install in your 12volt jack that measures the pulses from the engine and converts it to a V8 roar that is transmitted through FM directly to your speaker.

Iv'e got mine permanently installed in my trunk now. When i tune into the FM frequency it just transforms my Superb 2.0 TDI to a wild roaring V8 engine.

It must be the best 25pund i've ever spend.

You can have a look at it here (clip from youtube):

Hi Chris

No, it's very real.

That is funny!!

It has put a smile on my face!!!

How goods that

Cool!!! Thinking of ordering one online on eBay, but the price ($50) is keeping me back.

I remember having this sound setup in one of my old/previous Petrol car on my radio receiver; tune the receiver to a particular frequency on AM band, drive and you get the sound as you go, gave a good feeling.

Do they have any silencers in stock? Would be good to relax after having fun with V8 roar :)
