i didnt know there was a rear eibach bar as well...does it warrant the extra 50 quid?

The Jabba bar is widely regarded as the best of the lot. I run one and only considered the Whiteline as an alternative. Hadn't heard of the Eibach.

Eibach don't do a Fabia mk1 rear bar. Unhelpfully their site is crap at the moment and I can't find details.

More worryingly, most of the retailers I've checked don't make it obvious either.

Two choices... Whiteline or Jabbasport. I'd say fit either rather than fit neither.
