Hi looking to buy Thule roof bars (769), foot pack (754) and the fitting kit.

However it is the fitting kit that is confusing me. Is it either 1594 or 1360 that I use for a 06 octavia hatchback vrs. Is there a difference between the mark 2 and facelift fitting kits?

Are you buying through halfords as they use a registration data base to fine tune which kit, if you p.m me your reg will find out which kit applicable ,normally difference in kits is down to facelifts and the roof profiles but yours should be clear cut as its not on any change over period

There shouldn't be as the roof (and almost every other panel) on both cars is the same.

That's what I thought however fitting kits go from 04-09 and 10- onwards.

I came across the same when I bought Thule roof bars for my estate.

Not sure why as the roof rails pre and post facelift are identical.

Just checked the website I got mine from and it states kit 1360 for your model year.

It does say that however the Thule website says the foot pack is 1594 which is why I was asking of there is any differences between both packs? Halfords don't seem to stock the original packs so I'm wondering of they have changed.

Foot pack for my car is 1594. I would go by what Thule website states. Does get a bit confusing on some of these sites as regards to what you need
