my car is not unlocking or locking through the key fob the small red light on the fob is flashing but the car is not doing anything so having to use the door lock to open and close the car any suggestion

If the red light is flashing the key is still transponding... in theory.

Try recoding it to your car.

Most likely the fob has jumped out of sync

myne did this for a night next day fine again and bin fine since

Mine was doing this so I changed the bat and all works fine now

so what im wondering as i only have one key, i could i buy this and then reprogram it to work with my car?

or are they different inside etc.
