Looks good! I take it you just need to transfer over the rubber seal from the old OE pipe, and then youre good to go? Let us know what the fit is like etc.

Apparently so! The guy at forge said it is a nice tight fit, loads better than the OEM one.

I can only assume the rubber seal sits in the little recess closer the the middle of the piece?

It'll sit in the recess towards the top in your first pic - thats where the OE ones sit anyway!

Oh right kool. Just the recess looks bigger than the standerd o ring that's all. Maybe get a bigger thicker better o ring?

Yeah maybe - I think the standard seal is like a square double lip seal though, rather than a normal O ring? Still, itll do the same job - to stop any leaks!

ill go plumbers merchant at dinner and see what they got :)

Nice mate i will be getting one soon from forge. Did you get the one from the turbo?

As above, mine as alittle play in it too from the turbo to cooler

^^ +1 with a price?

I ordered one from forge today, just less than £40 delivered

I found some on eBay at 18 quid but there is 3 different sizes

SFS hoses do them. I bought a load of bits from them today. They are around £20. I'll post pics when it arrives late next week as they are making me some custom pipework also.

I saw the ebay ones, but its hard to identify which one is needed, plus they werent very helpful.

will it be 2 that i need as i bought a universal front mount and need the adaptor/s and also what size is it to the egr as when i measured it, it was roughly about 65mm but forge ones are only either 63mm or 68mm
