Has anybody had good service from this firm.

I ordered a set of intercooler pipes for a TSI, one fitted okay the other (turbo - intercooler) was nothing like the shape of the OEM.

I phoned them and was told they werwe on the case.

That was last November!

I first went to them over 18 months ago so they could mock up a hose kit for 1.4tsi but still no call back. Alot of places are dropping them due to the service. They seem more interested in playing with carbon fibre now.
