Elegance 75 5 door Best Price

Featured Replies

Anyone had quotes for an Elegance 5 door with / without options ?

Are dealers moving a little on price, what have you been quoted.

Thinking of buying but don't want to be out of touch with what discounts people are already getting - actual facts would help with my own negotiations.

I would appreciate any dealer recommendations based on actual orders by members on here.

Thanks

£10, 370 with £0.00 discount on www.drivethedeal.com !!

There's your answer then ;)

They're selling very well at the moment, so maybe they don't need to offer any money off?

Already been offered under £10k Babs from main dealer so car comparison sites might not be the answer ;)

All depends on spec, etc. Drive The Deal are normally pretty quick with the best deals mind. Must be something up.

I ordered in June, getting 75 Greentech elegance 3dr with options, no discount but she gave me an extra £400 for my current car so not too bad

i get 15% off, but i work for Bentley so get a discount =P going for elegance 3dr 75ps with summer pack, convenience pack, entertainment pack, 15 inch wheels, and 5 year warranty for £9800, i know thats not 15%, its 15% on the standard price.

Show your workmates they use the same key ;)

Oddly the brochure doesn't show the 15 inch rims as an option on the Elegance as it has 14s as standard.

But the SE gets the choice of two styling packs. One with 14s and one with 15s. No styling pack on the Elegance in the brochure.

Did they forget to include it?

That's a pretty healthy options list there.

Not allowed it on the Elegance as they're all Greentecs and require the 14in wheels.

Makes sense, but poster in post no.9 seems to have ordered them.

I've got the 15s on my project SE and am going to take them off and fit them to the Elegance when it arrives... :)

i was told they were a no cost, option. it also says online you can have them with the elegance spec. i havent ordered yet, but the dealer has confirmed what i want as okay. i dunno if they going to fit them in dealer, but robert eardly crewe skoda has said you can get 15" on the elegance 75ps.

You can order 15's, but as a dealer fit option, not as a factory fit option.

And I paid list price for now. Selling so well that I was happy they'd put £15 of fuel in it.

Did you end up with two sets of wheels then, or did the dealer keep the stock ones?

Neither, I've got the factory fit 14's on mine.

Oh.

When I looked at the black wheel option, they are dealer fit, not factory.

So you have to order the extra set in black (at a fair amount of money, like over £100+VAT each) and then you have a spare set of silver.

Which seems a bit odd.

On the mkII Fabia VRS there is a £100 colour change option on the wheels which the Citygo doesn't have, even though it shows black alloys in a picture or two in the brochure.

Yup, I've already mentioned - 14 silvers are factory fit, 15 black or white are dealer fit.

Bur if you want black or pure white 14 wheels then the dealership (mine anyway) will paint them for £35 each.

15 inch blacks or whites are an extra £161 each. Bit ott, if you live in the Czech Republic you can buy them for £100 each.

Didn't know you could get white wheels yet?

One of my local dealers has a white 3 door Citigo SE in the showroom with the black wheels, some nice skirts and the black stripes. It looks great but the wheels (with tyres) add nearly £1000 to the list price which made it unviable for me.

Hoping Skoda do an official Sport/Monte Carlo type spec soon with these kind of options direct from the factory, which might make it a little more affordable.

That's true, technically I think the other set of 14s are still yours. Don't think there is any trade in on them so to speak.
