Yes, it's smokey, probably running a huge turbo and maybe a one trick wonder.

But that's still a very impressive time for a FWD diesel!

I would love to see the traffic cops face when he floors it past them and they can't chase him for 20mins lol. What a time though even if he got it under 14sec's that would still be a good time.
