Hello all please can somebody give me some advise

I broke the sump on my 1.9 tdi Octavia and got a complete cowboy to fit a new one, it appears he didnt locate all the bolts whilst removing the old one and just forced it off breaking the oil seal that was attached to it. I now have oil flowing from the bottom of my engine please can somebody tell me what this seal is called, how much they cost and what sort of money it will cost me in labour.

Any help greatly appritiated as i know very little about mechanics and dont want to be stung again
