Last week in the Octavia

Featured Replies

Well the trusty old Octavia is going on friday and wont be replaced by another.

It a company car and has served me well over the past 2 years and 98,000 miles.

Due to the company budgets I cant have another 1.8 TSi so im moving over to a Superb.

So on Saturday I pick up a nice shiney White Twindoor Superb 1.6 Greenline SE.

I should even have an extra few quid in my pocket as its less Tax.

I dont come on very often but will still pop in from time to time.

Cant wait till Saturday...........

Good luck with it

Is the superb more expensive then

The Superb is more expensive but it is cheaper to run.

My company work on a cost PPM 9pence per mile) over a set mileage and time and the Superb works out cheaper and its less on the company car tax for me due to the low emmissions.

I have had 4 Octavias now and love them to bits but I couldnt get the spec I wanted so decided to upsize and save money.
