Will you be powering off the head unit, or are you planning on running an amplifier?

For the fronts, your limitation is the mounting depth. Reports on how much there is vary, but I think it's safe to say you have about 60mm to play with before you run into difficulty.

Hertz Dieci are often recommended for running off the head unit power. These are the only ones that would fit http://caraudiosecurity.com/shop/product/products_id/17378.html

Pioneer TS-A171ci should work well off head unit power http://www.amazon.co.uk/Pioneer-TS-A171Ci-Component-Speaker-Accelerate/dp/B004GHNQ9A and receive a good review here http://www.talkaudio.co.uk/index.php/index.html/_/reviews/speakers/pioneer-ts-a171ci-component-speakers-review-r944

If budget is important, Alpine SXE1750s http://www.online-caraudio.co.uk/shop/speakers/alpine/6-5-inch-17cm/alpine-sxe-1750s-component-s-446298.html will fit and run off head unit power. Opinions on these are mixed here, with some saying they are definitely better than the standard speakers, and some saying they're terrible and most notably lack any bass.

For the rears, these are less important than the fronts, and more for the benefit of rear passengers. One option is to forget about them. If your doesn't have speakers as standard, there will be no wiring. Here's an upgrade kit intended for models with no rear speakers http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SKODA-FABIA-BLAUPUNKT-50W-REAR-X2-SPEAKER-UPGRADE-KIT-/280618414455?pt=UK_In_Car_Technology&hash=item4156293177 Here's the original thread on here discussing them http://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/186411-genuine-rear-speaker-packs-on-ebay/
