It's the complete bumper.

Yes it'll fit, I have one on my elegance which is basically the same as the L&K. Mine was supplied and fitted by JBS. Best speak to Sarah for a quote.

Yes, although the black inserts are a different style (but I don't think they're a different size/shape).

The valance is actually moulded into the bumper, so you'd most likely be looking at removing your old bumper, removing the various bit of plastic trim, putting the vRS bumper on and then refitting the plastic trim.

You're sorted if your car is the same colour as a vRS comes in, if not then you'll have to look at getting one sprayed.

As to the best place to get one - depends how good-condition you want it. Anything that's been used will probably have a few scrapes on it, but will be quite a bit cheaper than a new one...

yeah your right the L&K does have the headlight washers - but i will be able to get a vrs bumper with these or not? if not transplant time or just remove them?
