My mum has kerbed her Vrs and the wheel needs touching up , can anyone confirm if the wheel white is the same shade/code as the roof I think it's called candy white ?

This may match,it may not,there are many shades of white.

As the OP said,it may well be Candy white,the Skoda body colour,or not,car makers often paint wheels with paint that are not in their body colour range.

If I had this problem,I'd go to a paint factor and ask them to use their experience to match it from colour swatches,including comparing it to Candy white.
