Just got a 2005 fabia vrs runs sweet as a nut , smokes a bit under heavy throttle nothing serious , but ive noticed when in neutral and ticking over the car feels like its shaking ? No shakes on the wheel or gear knob etc.. And rev gauge doesn't budge sits nicely on a steady rev . Any ideas why this is or is this normal ?

Having the same problem with mine but Skoda have identified the problem. It is going in on the 17th for a new DMF.

To be honest only had the car couple of days and not been in it much due to work , I am off this weekend so I will try the 4th gear trick and see what happens other than that I will have to see how often it does this and how bad it is , hope it's nothing serious as just got the car lol
