Removing Front & Rear Bumper Strips

Just wondering if anyone has removed them as i need them to be removed for painting.

come on surely someone has done this......

I did this the other week, had bumpers off and pushed the tooth thing out from the back on one side then carefully pulled from there. I'm sure you could just carefully get a screwdriver behind the strip and prize it out. Be fine so long as you prize next to the teeth.

You can get them out with a plastic trim tool.

dont know whether its the same as mine, i used a plastic ice scraper, popped out one end and the rest popped out easy enough.
