Drivers Side Dash Dismantling - Online Guide?

Featured Replies

I have an extremely irritating rattle that appears to be coming from somewhere near the steering column inside my dash somewhere.

I have looked at taking it apart to see what it could be, but I am stumped how to get things in bits.

Does anyone know if there is a decent guide on how to dismantle the dash available?

Before you dismantle the whole dash it may be worth having a search on the site. Early on in the car's history there was an issue with a metal support above the radio and I had what sounded like a dash rattle but turned out to be the bonnet strut rattling in its holder.

Thanks, but it stops if I apply some force to certain bits of the dash as I drive :D

Which makes me think it's in there somewhere!
