This was stevie wonders car and what a spec sheet it has BUT as you know here at cntuning we like to play ;-)

there are a few things being changed as they are not up to spec for me

jobs being done

1. full custom intercooler system with 2.5 inch hard piping

2. full custom 3.25 inch inlet system

3. removal of n75 to run electronic boost control

4. manual timing belt set up

5. full oil and filter change and new botom end shells ( to be sure )

6. mocal custom oil cooler setup

7. custom cntuning breather system and catch can

8. re do fuel lines from pump to rail with proper fittings

9. remap ;-)

there will be a few other bits changing over the next few months like taking the weitecs off and going for kwv3 clubsports and adjustable top mounts to assist the handling

few external changes aswell but thats secret lo

cars bay is stripped with just a bare engine at the moment awaiting goodies

hopefully 450+ all down to traction as the limiting factor should be capable of 500+

as the ends of the RMR can be swapped, any value in running the intercooler outlet straight upto the right side of the RMR, moving those outlets to the other end ?

(assuming the replacement intercooler is single pass with outlet to right of course)

was going to bu decided to keep it that side as i would need to move the battery and i wanna keep that up front

so for the time being no it will stay like that ;-)

todays job is to remove fuel rail and convert to jic 6 fittings and convert the fuel pressure reg to jic 6 fittings also

get rid of the brass fittings and push on hose !!!!!

Yet again another car from the big boys that is rubarb.

Just aswell the fuel systém is being changed as it was leaking on the high pressure pump

And it would appear the fully uprated head isnt !!!!!!!!

So annoyed right now !!
