Can someone tell me, isn't it supposed to have 5 screws in it, not just one?

No just one, its only there to keep the disc still when putting the wheel on. Its the wheel bolts that take the forces generated by everything

I was trying to find the culprit of why i seem to have a bit of play in the front wheel. Couldn't find it, and found some offending screw holes instead. Or so i thought
