Possible alternative to MDI

Featured Replies

Ok, so too late for me to have (already got the MDI kit), but thought this might be of interest to others:

http://www.ebay.co.u...=item27c4b0ce79

It appears to be USB only. Also:

  1. The USB stick must be formatted as FAT32 and with a maximum capacity of 16GB
  2. All files must be in MP3 format
  3. Six folders must be created on the USB memory stick. Each folder named CD01,CD02,CD03,CD04,CD05 and CD06. A maximum of 90 tracks can be saved into each folder. The USB interface is selected on the original stereo by pushing the source or CD changer button on the stereo. Refer to cars original stereo manual for more information.

......but for £50 delivered, it's less than half the price of the MDI kits on theBay

er, that's an impressive aerial connector if it can do all that  I think you put the wrong link up :p
