I've got a set of wheels I bought with the intention of fitting to the vRS, unfortunately I learn they are not likely to fit over a NQSBBK without a 5mm spacer.

This takes them down from ET36 (is that right) and I am wondering if that's a bit low for the Octavia?

Thoughts?

what rims, I have 3mm spacers for my wheels and they clear the nqsbbk

Sorry I was sure I'd includes that in the first post.

They are ET41 8x18 to replace Zeniths.

I have read that spacers can cause balancing issues, any truth in that?
