The Octy is a great car. I came very close to getting one myself till I heard the calling from Jana, enjoy and take care.

I couldn't bear to change from the Yeti so the wife traded her Fabia vRS for the Octy version so we have the best of both worlds

ya don't have to leave, just move sideways a little to the Octy forum.

I agree, the friendly atmosphere has gone in favour of the corporate image thing which I dislike.

Don't like the call centre thing either. It was much nicer being able to dial straight in. Oh well.

Has anybody got any thoughts on the Kenwood option over dealer fitted Amundsen+

There is a lot of info on the Tiguan forum about the Kenwoood Unit. I checked it out and liked it a lot. The reason I didn't go for it was it had a removable security panel and was easy for the villains to remove the unit If you forgot to remove the panel.

It would also be more of a target as the villains could put it in any vehicle whereas the manufacturers ones are clearly marked VW, Skoda or whatever.
