Disconnect the battery before you start anything and connect it back up last thing (for the airbags).

There will not be any wiring looms in place for the electrics, these are easy to install though as there is a 'power block' just above the throttle pedal (under the trim) which has ignition fed live supplies, use this with a suitable in-line fuse.

Where in Kent are you?

Hi Gizmo....... Currently residing in Maidstone , just off Willington street.

My half bless went out today and purchased a foam wedge cushion , sets off the Vrs interior a treat ....lol... but at the moment I am just trying to stabilise my neck pain. For the record I had two discs replaced 5 years ago due to numbness and nerve pain and for the last 4 years with the odd exception it's been fine. This quite a worry to say the least.

The Skoda seat has really give me gip , so will try the wedge , then i will have to look at seats etc. frankly Ian hacked off as the car looks and goes great but no good to me like this as you will understand. Hope I can solve this.
