Thank you for your help.

I did actually find this one, but was not sure if this was the law as set in stone, or proposed and thus subject to finalisation. There was a thread within about the last 8 weeks or so, which gave an update on the rules and how they might now be perceived relative to enforcement.

Worth bearing in mind that the traffic police now have a new toy which measures the tint of your glass, if over the legal limit then you's in trouble. New gadgets mean men will want to play with them!
