Looking for a new grill for my Octavia and keep finding some that only fit 97-00. I thought I had a MK 1 Octavia being the 2003 vRS... just some of the ones advertised 97-00 actually look good, but dont want to order something that doesn't fit..

A facelift was applied at some point in 2000, iirc. All vRS are post-facelift.

The headlights and grill are different between pre and post facelift. Other things like the front indicators, and rear clusters changed too.

and the interior is way different

thanks guys that's not what I wanted to hear, but saved me buying something that wont fit my car...
