Hi guys im wanting to replace front door speakers, ive removed all trim to find the speakers are pop riveted into the sealed door anyone know to remove them with out drilling the rivets or is that the only way forward any help would be great thanks in advance

Buy sum new pop rivets... then drill old ones out bud. Only way

Drill them, then make your own mounts or buy new plastic mounts, and then either re-rivet or use M6 threaded rods with a nut on either end.

The speakers are moulded into the existing plastic mount - you have to dispose of it all!
