Can anyone please tell me How to change brake discs on a Skoda Fabia 2002?

Front or back? Either is pretty straight forward.

Take the wheel off, undo the disk retaining screw (philips head), undo the calliper (8mm multispline or hex, depending on calliper) on the rear, drop the calliper off with the pads, remove the disk. Push (if front, with a clamp) the piston back in, or wind (if rear, with a windback tool), fit new disc, refit caliper and pads, put retaining screw back in, refit wheel. Presto hey, done.

There are some good videos on youtube if that 2 sentence guide doesn't make any sense.
