computer printout of service history?

Featured Replies

Hi all, is it possible to get a computer printout of the service history from a skoda dealer, there are 3stamps in the book from 2 different skoda dealers but i would like a bit more info than just the service book, would the info from one dealer be on a main computer network for another to dealer to access?

Cheers

mike

Certainly is. When I bought my car from Meadens they printed off the history for me (which was from another dealer)

Same here, all documents supplied

They should be able to get you a printout of what was done! My car had history going back to 2008 (with Sparshatts) and Meadens had no problem getting it for me.

cheers octydan, maybe I should phone another dealer and offer to pay postage for it, I havent had the best of dealings with another skoda dealership in my area (previous vrs) I guess I was hopeful that this dealer which I bought the approved car from would be more helpful, why is it so difficult to get any customer service from these people :(

Try Meadens mate. Worth a phone call at least. If they can pop it in the post then your only looking at a few quid. FWIW my local dealer are useless too.

Any joy?
