Good riddance VW dealership.....

Featured Replies

After a few years of running a Golf I thought I'd visit my Skoda and VW showrooms, and let my experience of how I was treated decide whether to get the UP or the Citigo...

I actually preferred the UP, but if don't go back to VW until we get around with jet packs that come free with boxer shorts, it'll be too soon.

Picking up my Citigo Elegance in a coupla weeks.

Welcome to the Forum.

I have bought other makes of car from main dealers, but none has treated me as well as my Skoda dealer.

Enjoy your Citigo.

Hi and welcome aboard.

Back in 2002 we had a 4 year old 2 door VW Polo and we wanted a 4 door as we had a baby on the way. Wen into the VW dealer and the salesperson wasn't very nice and spoke down to my wife as if she had never seen a car before. So she said don't want to give them any of our hard earned money for being rude so we went out and went to a Skoda dealer who treated her as a customer should be treated. After a test drive we bought are first Skoda and never looked back.
