Alloy refurb, what colour?

Featured Replies

My alloys have seen much better days, think an aggressive wash took the lacquer off, oops!

Place local to me are offering a full refurb in black, white, silver, or gun metal for £100, or any other colour for £120 all in, tempted just to stay silver, but what does everyone else think :-

Newcastle area, the place that's doing them's in the Durham area. ;)

PS, quite like the Chester area, down there for a cousin's wedding earlier this year, and an auntie and uncle have just moved down there too, so I may see your car around, lol!

Shocking Pink :D

OK then

Gunmetal :D

I like the gunmetal look, that is the same colour as the L&K alloys I think.

However given your black wheel arch covers, I am not quite so sure - time to play with photoshop!

greeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeen!

what, where, erm.. whats on your arches dude??

They're genuine Skoda arch extensions, they were on when I got the car, and I've grown to quite like them!

So, who's good with Photoshop and can do me black or gun metal? ;)

Try asking in Community | Photography. Best provide a link to the picture above as I think the wheel arch extensions will affect the results somewhat.

Which company are you using as my 18s need doing?

I got a quote of £300 down here in wales.

£120 sounds awesome. I think metallic silver :)
