them's some big stoppers!

Do you need the wheels with those? :giggle:

AND... if you're putting those in the normal one, what the hell are you fitting to the GoGo???????

Just what i was thinking

The new hat is about as big as the stock rotor. Fit those and you'll not need them because of how much the extra rotating mass will kill the performance.

Please tell me you are joking...

This is for your mad city go, not a standard one, right?

No mate, it's for my GT-R. :)

Full super brake kit. Upgraded all round including one piece billet ali calipers.

They need 20" rims to fit.

I was allowing for the 20" odd rims you'd need to get those onto the illustrated puddle-jumper, and I'm absolutely serious that bigger heavier rims and discs absorb more power trying to spin them.

Oh right, I thought you may have missed the fact that the Citygo only has a 4 stud hub. :)

Yes, obviously any larger rotating mass takes more power to accelerate.

I just sit back & watch the 'experts' dig themselves in...

Nice one Richard!

Haha! I take it GTR's brakes were due new ones and it was cheaper to upgrade while you were you at it?

No, it's only done 6000-odd miles.

I need to stop more quickly and get better tyres to make it faster on track.

I just posted the thread because the discs looked funy next to the dinky Citigo (larger) 15" rims and milk bottle top brakes. :)

I was going to say It hadn't done much.

TBH I never looked at the hubs, and any way you can get 4 stud to 5 studs convertor spacers. Are you wondering now how much it would take to do this just for the craic?

No, the brake kit (at it's correct price, not with a hefty discount that I paid) is more than a Citigo. :o

They didn't take long to turn up. Look very nice.

if you could put them on the city-go it would be funny watching you endo it :)
