i will have to Harry once i join the mk2 gang hehe what intake/dv you running? Sounded wicked in the vid i watched on how fast event

Running an EVOMS and an OEM 'D' DV relocated to the front of the engine bay (they're normally attached directly to the turbo on K03s)

I have just ordered a 'D' DV as part of the cause...looking at a remap so didn't want to take the chance with the older style one....shall be fitted as soon as I am well enough!! :)

ive seen that and herd you have to change it from under the car sounds like a pita, whered you get your relocation kit from? Sounds like a good idea

It's necessary when converting to a k04 because as standard they run with the DV upfront. JKM did it all for me when I did the conversion.

Changing the DV isn't too bad without it, but it's better in the engine bay away from the heat of the turbo (not as much now they've done away with the rubber diaphragm DVs which would split because of the heat) and it's a lot more accessible.

Thanks :)

They're only Audi R8 replicas that've been painted - nothing too extravagant!

Was gonna say couldn't you have got a bigger one in haha, looks good though

Do you get that annoying harmonicca screaching sound with that setup?

Funny enough for all it's size, all you get is a nice whooshy sound when you accelerate. Would like to make it a fully sealed from the engine bay,but have not fully figured out the best/affordable way yet.

It's not much louder than standard.
