headlight bulbs Skoda fabia II

Featured Replies

I went the night breaker route (only needed one pack - 2 bulbs) in my vrs and adjusted the height. The standard lights (both brightness and range) are woeful. I made a mark (marker) on the screw (Allen key hole obviously) and turned the near side 3 turns and the offside 2 as they were both exactly the same height as standard. I remember my last BM (with adaptive xenons) was slightly higher on the near side probably to illuminate footpath a bit more without dazzling oncoming drivers. They now seem the right height with better range etc.. and I've never been flashed so all good. I can always use the internal electric adjustment if I have a boot full or heavy rear passengers.

I meant is it h7 bulbs or wat

Why do they need adjusting ? If they don't need to be adjusted with the standard bulbs why change this with replacements.....

The lights are not bright enough

The factory height setting errs on the cautious side. What's being said is that there is some leeway to adjust upwards without going so far that you annoy oncoming cars.
