Just a bit confused by this as when I was talking to my dealer a few weeks ago he said that the VRS could be had on VAT free and it was dealer subsidised. However the VRS is not listed on the website as one of the cars that are under the offer. I was just wondering is this a dealer discretion thing?

Tends to be dealer discount that they say is "vat free". Ordered mine about 3 weeks ago and got the equivalent of the car discounted of the car. Just make sure if you order you get the discount. Good luck

I think I can push for a discount knowing my local dealer. I don't think I will be in a position to look at buying until the new year. I like the new VRS a lot but I am in two minds to get rid of my Mark 1 VRS as the new one does not feel any quicker than mine unless it has loads of revs on it. It is a cracking little engine and the DSG box works well with it now they have ironed out the hesitation problems from rest: we will see

Yes VAT free offer still on till 31st December. They have extended it. It was only till end of September. If you look on skoda.co.uk got to vat free offers

vRS was never originally included in the VAT free offer, but they added it in earlier in the year. We've had two both VAT free
