Stupid question:- does the ignition have to be off to open the boot on my Blackline. I can't seem to open it if engine is running or key in ignition?

If its after you have been moving, the system maybe set to auto lock. If so, prese the unlock button and then try the boot. I have had the same problem on my fabia, as opeing the drivers door with engine still running, does not unlock all doors or boot.
