Jabbasport rear anti roll bar Fabia vRS **SOLD**

Featured Replies

Well times up for the arb on the car.

Need must and the ellusive house buying is round the corner so I need to sell up and churn some cash back in.

Repainted in smooth green, I had to cut the bolts to get the clamps off, there are 2 x new 87mm mikalor clamps but I will try to get some fresh bolts for the old clamps too

Every one know about these.

There is one on here already @ £150 posted so I will put it up for the same

I'm in Preston so people can collect too

Details:

Fabia VRS ARB

Fits: Fabia, Polo, Lupo, Ibiza mk4

A Rear Anti-Rollbar developed primarily for the Fabia VRS known for its great performance but let down by its understeer prone chassis

The Rear Anti-Rollbar(ARB) creates less body roll enhancing a sporty driving behavior and reducing understeer, also increases the back off oversteer effect at a controlable level adding to your driving pleasure.

Features

The Bar is formed from 23mm Bright Bar Steel and mounts to the standard beam via the lower shock mount as well as being strapped to the main length of the beam by using 2 Mikalor straps and 2 poly bushes.

Spent a good few hours today with the wire wheel and the green hammerite. I would put it back on but could do with stripping my car ready for when I do part with it.

Anyone wants to come and collect it will be £140, by all means I would prefer this but it's no big deal to post

Very easy to fit right?

Very easy. Hardest part is getting the Furby lifted and supported correctly. Needs to be fitted with rear suspension compressed which means axle stands under both rear shock hangers. Then undo lower shock bolts. Attach RARB and place bushings correctly about 80mm from each end. Then swing RARB up to rear beam. Once there I used trolley jack just to keep RARB in position. Then install and tighten mikalor clamps .Then tighten lower shock mounting bolts lower car back to ground and jobs done.

Whats it do#?

Probably the best handling mod for the Furby. Corners flatter better turn in massively reduces understeer. Even a little lift off overstear if you so desire. = much grin factor !

How does it feel on a standard car?

Really one of the first mods you should consider on a standard car !

I had a whiteline rarb in my yaris and it really transformed the car but I had coilovers too.

I can imagine the difference it makes even on my ibiza with standard suspension.

Really considering it :)
