Hi guys

I brought a Fabia comfort 1.4 16v 100HP last year it was only £500 with 58,000 miles on an x reg which I thought was quite a bargain!

This is what it looked like to begin with 84370197.jpg

A bit of a grandad car! lol

before I passed my test I brought the VRS front and rear bumpers and a set of VRS alloys which I had powdercoated in black!

Then I brought the Interior and door cards for £140

After searching around for ages I eventually found a spoiler on ebay

So far I have added Octavia VRS alloys refurbed in white ( i did myself) with slightly stretched tyres

Cupra Splitter

JOM coilovers

mk2 VRS badges

Debadge in the tailgate

wheel spacers 20mm back 15mm front

TRS toe strap

fly eye headlights

lamin X blue fogs

interior vents sprayed white

tinted windows (i did myself)

micky mouse Induction kit/ram air

custom paint effect under front grill and on interior mirror

Good colour matching there. Did you do it yourself??

Is it black? Or green like the top pic.

They aren't the same car are they?

Did you get vRS interior as well?

So how did you come to have an '02' plate on an 'X' reg car?

Confused

Also confused by the thread title, as 'Wardy' has been a member on here for years

It would have been an 02 plate to begin with the X plate will be a private one

He cleared this up in the post before yours...

The 02 plate was an example of what a standard green one looks like...

The x reg one is his...

And the dark one with black wheels in his with a filter on the picture.. poss negative effect??

:)

Looks good anyway bud ;)

Guessin there 195/40 tyres.. looks lower than alot of the real vrs ones on here ;)

Looks lovely in that colour, prefered the dark wheels though sorry.

I knew that, just seeing if Brimma did

If I'd have decided to keep my vRS I was going to go for a dragon green

respray. I like it with the white details a lot. Nice work mate

Looks smart.

Looks quite tidy, I like the White interior trim bits.

One of the better 'lookey likey' fabia vRS's

Good work.

actually cant believe how smart that looks! not sure on the white inside but that just me lol well done! :)

Thanks everyone, it looks okay at the min but unfortunatly the power steerings gone which doesn't help when your driving with a broken arm! And the near side engine mounts gone!

I was thinking about doing the open mouth/big front grill, or smoothing it over, what do you think?

the only thing with the smoothed over one is I wouldnt know where to put the plate!?

^^ def smooth it m8.. big mouth will look daft without a fmic which yours obv dunt have lol ;)

Either get a sticker plate like the bigmouth pic at the side... or do a jap style plate on a mounting infront of one of the fog light grills..

Im smoothing mine but my private plate is short + it fits nicely in the foglight surround bit so im guna put a bracket that makes it sit flush there :D
