An Australian company makes them. Here are a couple of links. First one is cheaper, but I'm not sure if they will export. The second one is a slightly dearer E-bay shop, but they do ship to the UK.

And yes it does help with dash reflection. My Mrs Fiesta was even worse, because of the angle of the windscreen presumably. You do still get a reflection, depending on the angle of the sun, but it's a "softer" reflection if that makes sense: the material of the mat obviously doesn't gleam and thus doesn't catch the eye as much as the naked dash.

Actually, a cracked dash from excess heat and UV would look worse, but there's probably no danger of that happening in your part of the world.
