Have looked on here to see i i have a maxidot display and more confused now.

got myself a 09 FL Octavia 2.0 tdi estate have the large display but not the doors open but also have the outside temp, max speed warning and the controls on the end off wiper arm.

which looking in manual looks like a maxidot but am i reading this all wrong and have the standard cluster or the maxidot?

would like to get the bluetooth fitted but sounds like i need the maxidot for this.

have the aux in armrest but mot the MDI in glove box.

is there a way to change the digital speed on the screen to MPH?

If an open door is not displayed I'm sure you do not have maxidot.

Sounds like the standard facelift cluster without maxidot, if you open a door and get a small warning light then its not maxidot as that will give you a large graphic of the car showing what is open between the speedo and rev counter.

if its the standard one can i still get the bluetooth phone to work? i have the bolero unit fitted. is there much i need to add for it to work with i phone or just go for a parrot unit.

Yes you can still get the bluetooth module even without maxidot. You'll only be able to use the phone through the bolero though
