Bluetooth stopped working

Recommended Posts

My bluetooth has been working fine with my galaxy s3 for over a year, but now has stopped automatically pairing and asks for pairing code, but when numbers shown on maxidot are input to the phone it fails to respond .

could this be a fuse?

if so where is the fuse located please.

thanks in anticipation of any replies.

Try pairing another handset with the car, if this works the problem is the S3. Have you tried removing the battery from the handset and turning it back on again. Never heard of any issues with the car bluetooth failing, but phone issues are not unheard of.

My S3 sometimes fails to pair with car, and I've found that by turning phone off and back on, with ignition also turned off, resolves this problem.
